Isha speaks: bulimia and anorexia and healing the root cuase

Here is a clip from yesterdays Darshan, where Isha speaks about the root cuase of eating disorders and how to overcome them through the expansion of consciousness.

We are now right in the middle of the mega intensive here in Uruguay. Today's Darshan was fantastic, here are some photos:

Each question asked by the students opens the opportunity for Isha to respond with brightness and humor, blinding diubt for a moment and catching fears off guard, embracing everything in love.
Thanks Isha and all of those who are here with us.

Megas, movies and memories

As the teachers arrive home from their tours throughout Latin America, we are preparing for the first mega intensive of the Uruguayan summer. We are almost all here now, and will spend the next four months together, diving ever deeper into love-consciousness and supporting the hundreds of students who will come to spend their vacations with us in doing the same.

Isha left today for Paysandu, a beautiful province in Northwest Uruguay, endless horizons of virtually untouched rolling countryside. There we will begin filming for Isha's first movie, based on the teachings of "Why Walk When You Can Fly?".

On Monday the mega intensive begins. Over 120 students will arrive from around the world to participate in this seven day event, during which Isha will be giving daily darshans. These events are a highlight of the year for us; an opportunity to share on a deeper level with some of the most committed students of the Isha System. To accompany them through their journey of inner transformation is truly amazing.

For those of you in Oregon, Watch out for Isha's interview on More Good Day Oregon Tomorrow (Friday December 11th) at 9am PST.

And on Saturday at 3pm PST, those in San Jose can watch Isha's interview with Janice Edwards, on Bay Area Vista.

Below I am posting some more photos from Isha's US tour, and also some images of the seminar she gave in Buenos Aires a few weeks back.

With love

Arthur

Back in South America

Dear all,

After the whirlwind tour of the US and Canada, I'm sitting in transit in Montevideo airport, on my way to Isha's conference in Buenos Aires this evening.

It's been so crazy I haven't had the chance to upload the images of last week's wonderful events in California, but I promise to get them up soon!

In the meantime, you can enjoy this fantastic interview Isha did last week in Portland for "Pathways" with Paul O'Brien.

Also, if you haven't seen it already, an article by Isha came out in this month's edition of The Bleeping Herald.

Thanks to all who joined us on the tour. We hope you enjoyed the events as much as we did! Leave us a comment and tell us what you got out of meeting Isha.

Isha in LA and Seattle

As the tour moves forward, I've been a little late getting these up, but here they are finally! Tuesday's conference in LA was a full house again at the Bodhi Tree Bookstore... a lovely public, very connected and inspired.

And Yesterday in Seattle the room was full again! so much appreciation and excitement. Thank you all for coming and joining us in this wonderful journey!

We are enjoying Seattle today and the beautiful countryside around. We have had some uncharacteristically clear skies and the views are just incredible. What a beautiful part of the world this is.

Isha in Vancouver

We just had an incredible conference here in Vancouver. The public library was abuzz with energy, as 350 people gathered to receive Isha during her conference. The love was so tangible it was impossible not to feel it, and everyone left deeply moved.

Thanks to everyone who joined us here tonight!

Thanks also to Laura Lynn, for the beautiful and sensitive interview she gave with Isha, for the Daily Show. Look out for it on November 18th on Shaw TV!

Vancouver is such a beautiful city and with so many people clearly so passionate about expanding their consciousness, we are sure to be returning soon!

All of our love to all of you here in Canada

Sweet dreams

Isha in Mendoza, Argentina... a full house!

Last night we had an incredible conference: Isha for the first time in mendoza, spoke at the full to bursting Teatro Plaza. With 1000 people inside, an additional 500 were left outside!
The receptivity of the public was wonderful... a beautiful audience!

Thank you Mendoza, and thanks to all who accepted so respectfully that the room was already full; we look forward to sharing with you in a future visit.

Here are the people left outside, waiting to receive information of upcoming events.
Booksigning after the event
Many of those who could not participate in the conference stayed to have their books signed.
It was beautiful to see the joy of so many who were delighted to have Isha visiting their city, after reading her books for so many years.

Really beautiful!
Thank you Mendoza for receiving us in this way. Thanks to the Isha students in Mendoza, and all who supported the organization of the event.

Isha and the Olympics

I just wanted to share Isha's words on the Olympics from a meeting we had on Monday...

"Every time I watch the Olympics and someone wins a medal, I cry. Every time. It doesn't matter what country they come from; I see their excellence, and that is what moves me. Even if they don’t win a medal, the amount of focus required just to get to compete in the Olympics is an inspiration.

You can be that excellence in your consciousness, because you’re doing it for you. That's the greatest thing: it’s not to receive approval; it’s for you, totally for you. I will be the greatness of who I am for me. I will be excellent for me, so I can love myself beyond anything. That's a great inspiration, and nothing brings you more reward than that. No amount of adulation; it’s when you’re giving your best for you. That is better than any gold medal."

...Meanwhile, on the other side of the world, Masaru Emoto just finished reading the Japanese version of "Why Walk When You Can Fly?" Which is going to be published in September. Here's what he had to say about it...

"The facets explained in this book vibrate on an enlightened level of being, and provide a practical way to apply the findings of my research: that the nature of our thoughts profoundly affects our experience of life. In "Why Walk When You Can Fly?", you will learn a simple system to go inwards and begin to transform your perception, from one based in fear, to one based in love and unity in the present moment."

Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay

Ok,

I know I promised to have these up earlier, but things have been pretty crazy!

Here are some photos of the seminar in Paraguay last weekend, what beautiful people the Paraguayans are. Straight from the heart.

In this last photo are all the students who supported us in the event. Heartfelt thanks to all of you!

Next stop was Iguazu falls:

On the border between Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil, this truly is one of the most beautiful places in the world. The "Garganta del Diablo" falls (devils throat) are the most breathtaking experience.

Then onto Posadas, on the edge of Argentina. There, Isha was greeted by the Vice Governor of the state, who practices the Isha System and organized this conference in a local prison:

Isha sharing her experience with the inmates
Here, some inmates who have now gone free, came to thank Isha for her support, and share the changes they found in their lives. Very moving words!

Here the Vice Governor of Misiones State, Dr. Sandra Gimenez, shared her experience and support for the Isha Foundation Educating for Peace.
Isha shares with the inmates, and gives thanks for the invitation (Durga translating next to her!)

And finally, the weekend retreat in Posadas, Argentina:

Here, students asking questions. Visnu from Buenos Aires
Above and below, Anastacia from Mendoza

And here Bodhi from Tucuman.

Meanwhile, the darshans were streamed live to our centers in Mexico:

And of course, "La I" Uruguay:

(I'm the one at the front with the red hood!)
Here in La I, we also had a farewell party for Usas and Vaivasvat, a Mexican couple who are just finishing their 6 month retreat with us:

That's all for now! I'm going to write up a beautiful description Isha gave about the commitment and excellence that the Olympics inspire in humanity. It'll be on soon, I promise!

Love to all of you

Arthur
