Testimony from Sweden
About two months ago I downloaded the movie and started using the four sentences that Isha teaches, right away. At first I thought I had to translate them into my own language Swedish, to make them truly effective - but how I tried, I could not find a formulation that felt good, was smooth and strong. So I just went along with it in english, and about two weeks later noticed that my interaction with people was changing. I was so much more relaxed, open, unfearful, there was no reservations, no critical feelings but much more joy! And later still, I opened up to my own creativity, very naturally and found that instead of longing, dreaming, beeing frustrated and full off anxiety- I was actually DOING! And there was no drama in this, it was all so very easy and joyous.
I am 55 and have been "conditioning" myself since I was about 18 - and I have never experinced anything so freeing and powerful. My creativity has always eluded me, like a hidden gem, gleeming at the bottom of a well. In periods I have been there, close - but always full of doubt and fear. And now I feel I could acually pick it up, and embrace it - not watching it but beeing a part of it. Or it in me.
I am deeply thankful for this.
Please take this to Isha.

Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay
Ok,
I know I promised to have these up earlier, but things have been pretty crazy!
Here are some photos of the seminar in Paraguay last weekend, what beautiful people the Paraguayans are. Straight from the heart.

In this last photo are all the students who supported us in the event. Heartfelt thanks to all of you!
Next stop was Iguazu falls:

Then onto Posadas, on the edge of Argentina. There, Isha was greeted by the Vice Governor of the state, who practices the Isha System and organized this conference in a local prison:
Here, some inmates who have now gone free, came to thank Isha for her support, and share the changes they found in their lives. Very moving words!

Here the Vice Governor of Misiones State, Dr. Sandra Gimenez, shared her experience and support for the Isha Foundation Educating for Peace.

And finally, the weekend retreat in Posadas, Argentina:

(I'm the one at the front with the red hood!)
Here in La I, we also had a farewell party for Usas and Vaivasvat, a Mexican couple who are just finishing their 6 month retreat with us:

That's all for now! I'm going to write up a beautiful description Isha gave about the commitment and excellence that the Olympics inspire in humanity. It'll be on soon, I promise!
Love to all of you
Arthur

On the border between Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil, this truly is one of the most beautiful places in the world. The "Garganta del Diablo" falls (devils throat) are the most breathtaking experience.

Letting go of limiting beliefs
Greetings from “La I”, Uruguay! Here on this chilly Sunday morning, people are arriving to finish the seminar they started yesterday with Satya.
Here’s a little gift for you all, from Isha:
In this extract from a recent discourse, Isha speaks of the illusory security we derive from our belief systems, and how that changes through the expansion of love-consciousness.
"For all of our lives, we’ve been following a set of rules. We know how to behave, how to proceed, how to break the rules and how to conform with them. We’ve been programmed not to break the rules. We feel comfortable, we feel secure if we have a set of belief systems. If we have to find the answers for ourselves, that takes responsibility, and most people don’t want to take responsibility for their own lives. That’s why we want leaders; we want people we can follow, and then when we’re not happy, we can blame them, because we are not taking responsibility. The seed of consciousness is absolute responsibility, because consciousness shows you that you’re the creator, that you create everything in every moment, and there’s nothing to blame on the outside; your joy, your happiness, your freedom, your choices, your responsibility, and consciousness shows you that. People sometimes want to avoid that reasonability, because it’s much easier to be passive, to conform, and to blame other people.
Consciousness has the courage to stand alone, because it loves itself more than anything else, and it’s that courage that provokes change, that provokes evolution. Evolutionaries provoke change. They don’t just passively conform."

Isha's latest book to be published in USA in November

From amazon.com:
In the book, Isha uses parables, moving stories, and humor to impart essential truths and help readers find happiness, fulfillment, and peace. Noted teacher Isha speaks of the Isha System, which is based on four “facets”: first is embracing the moment; second is accepting what is, without judgment; third is loving oneself and others unconditionally; and fourth is being one with the universe. Isha offers gentle, persuasive guidance, while her practical strategies show how to incorporate the Isha System into even the most hectic schedule.

But it was the presence On a recent trip to Puerto Madryn in the south of Argentina, the incredible scenery left us open-mouthed. But it was the presence of the majestic right whales that truly took our breath away.
Isha was so inspired by their power and presence that she decided to create this DVD, "Darshan II", presenting these beautiful creatures together with some of the best moments of her discourses about consciousness, accompanied with sprinkles of her heartfelt music.

Isha, enlightened wisdom for the modern world

As a contemporary woman who has reached the experience of enlightenment, often confused as a state of inner freedom only available to monks and mystics, her life's work provides concrete proof that inner freedom and unconditional love of self can be achieved by all, without having to abandon the commitments and conditions of everyday life.
In her new book "Consciousness Revolution", Isha demystifies all of the theories and ideas we have about life, love, and everything, with a simplicity and clarity that leaves little room for confusion.
Isha offers no belief system; she simply shares her own experience – the experience of someone who has broken through the illusion of duality and perceives the eternal truth that
lies beyond. Her vision for a world united in unconditional love can only be achieved, as Isha says, through our own self realization:

Throughout the text, the reader is often shocked and surprised: Isha's perception of life is strikingly different from the fears and limitations we have become accustomed to in the modern world, and many of the things she says have never been heard before. Isha follows no doctrine or creed, and is a cosmopolitan, witty woman: her dry Australian sense of humour and matter of fact personality contrast delightfully with the profound depths of her wisdom, which resonates powerfully in the heart of the reader. At times harsh and abrupt, as she jolts the reader into wakefulness, at times as soft and loving as an innocent child, Isha sings her love for creation in the words she has woven through this book.
In Consciousness Revolution we find the absolute, unabridged truth of unified consciousness, presented by someone so down to earth, so real and direct, so honest and so grounded, that when we have finished reading, we can seriously entertain the possibility that maybe, just maybe, enlightenment isn't some far off dream.
Maybe it really is our birthright.
Maybe it's the only reason we are here at all.
This is the Consciousness Revolution.
